Cross Court has several Vinyasa classes to fit into your schedule.

Monday at 7:15pm

Tuesday at 4:30pm

Wednesday at 7:15pm

Thursday at 5:30pm

Saturday and Sundays classes will be discontinued as of Sun June 26th 

What is Vinysa Yoga?

This type of yoga utilizes postures and breathing techniques. Vinyasa Yoga is often faster paced and the postures are linked together in a series of movements that are synchronized with the breath. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility and reduce levels of stress

Arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Wear comfortable clothes
