Mon 4:30pm Stability Ball with Weight Training
Join Michelle as she takes you through the challenge of working specific muscle groups while concurrently building stabilization strength in your core muscles. Using the Body Bar and hand weights as well as the stability ball, Michelle takes you through working your entire body in an hour-long class. This is an excellent class not only if your goal is to tone and strengthen your entire body but it is also a great compliment to any other athletic activity where core strength is crucial to your success.

Tues/Thurs FIT Class:
F.un I.ntense T.raining A 1/2-hour class of intense interval training that works your body from head to toe. Weight training with bouts of cardio challenges to keep you and your body guessing.

Body Bar /Cardio
If you need to take your workout to the next level then the Cardio Weight Training class is for you! Michelle will guide you in using the Body Bar, hand weights, plus your own body weight to tone and strengthen your entire body. All this mixed in with some challenging moves to increase your heart rate and you've got the perfect hour-long interval workout to wake up your body and your spirit!

Tu/Th 10:00-10:45 Aqua Blast- This is a fun workout in the water.
We work on cardio, strength, toning and stretching. You will use water fitness equipment such as the bells and noodles. We will also do wall exercises and more! Appropriate for all levels of fitness!

(This Aqua Blast class is not just seniors-I don't think it should be listed under seniors only because I get many people that are not seniors in this group-most are seniors but there are others who are not)

Wed 9:00-9:45 Walk On! Walking Class for Seniors - Get ready to walk!
We will do a low-impact walking workout in the basketball court. We do basic and simple movements with our whole body to keep us WALKING ON. The class is set to great music and we use the balls and lightweights also to keep our cardio level up.

9am Mon/Thurs Senior Fitness
This 45-minute Group Exercise Class includes: chair aerobics, walking aerobics, as well as strength and balancing exercises. All levels welcome!

Pilates Wed. 7pm
This Pilates-based class is active and multi-leveled, appropriate for every-body. Though we get a full body toning, complete with warm-up and final relaxation, the focus is on core strengthening. Karen creatively utilizes a variety of equipment to add to this mat class; balls, bars, bands, bells and more. Balance, Strength and Flexibility.... and always a good time. (This class is appropriate to do shoe-less. Bring your own mat if you wish).

Early Morning Yoga - This class is held Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:10 am to 5:55 am.
The 45-minute class begins with gentle warm-up stretches. After warm-ups students will do a series of Yoga postures, and end class with a breathing exercise. All levels of fitness are welcome. Postures can be modified to student's abilities. This is a great way to start the day. Participants leave class feeling relaxed and energized. Yoga increases strength and flexibility, tones and stretches muscles, relieves tension, improves circulation, and energizes the body. Instructor, Sherri Sargent. Sherri is a Certified Kripalu Yoga teacher with over 200 hours of training at the Kripalu Health and Wellness Center in Lenox, Massachusetts.

Thursday Morning Yoga - 8:15 am to 9:20 am.
This class will emphasize stretching, Yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation. All levels of fitness are welcome. Sherri Sargent, instructor encourages everyone to try the class even if they have never practiced Yoga. Postures can be modified to student's abilities. Yoga increases strength and flexibility, tones and stretches muscles, relieves tension, improves circulation, and energizes the body. The last 10 minutes of class will be for Shavasana (relaxation and meditation). Shavasana is optional. Students may chose to stay or leave. Instructor, Sherri Sargent. Step It Up! T-TH 5:30-6:15PM
This 45-minute class offers easy-to-follow moves designed for the intermediate stepper. The upbeat music encourages advanced participants to add power moves to increase intensity. Beginning steppers are encouraged to give this a try.

Stability and Strength T-TH 6:15-7:00PM
This class focuses on developing balance and core strength, along with overall upper and lower body strength, by using the stability ball, body bar, and hand weights. Abdominal exercises are an essential part of the class. Moving quickly from exercise to exercise, the time flies by in this 45-minute session. This is a great way to get a total body workout in a short amount of time. Participants with all levels of experience and ability are welcome.

Wed @ 5:45 Strong and Long:
This is a 45-minute muscle conditioning and flexibility class. This class is an intermediate level.

Mon @ 9am Ultimate Interval:
This is a one-hour class for the intermediate to advance. It is intervals of cardio and muscle conditioning. Core work at the end of class.

9:30am Tues/Thurs Arms Class:
This is an all-level ½ hour of nothing but arms class. Total shoulder, Bicep and Triceps workout. This is a must for that strong tight and powerful look.

10am Tues/Thurs Legs (Rock Bottom)
This is a 45-minute all level for below the waist class. A real bun burner and leg sculptor and very cardio! Not only will you strengthen and tighten your lower half you will also burn up those calories!

All Abs Classes
30 minutes of abs exercises utilizing many different types of weights. Some classes also use the stability balls. This class is for all levels.

MWF 5:45AM - (ADV Aerobics) WAKE UP AND MIX IT UP
We always include cardio exercise but we vary the format on different days:

Monday: 5:45AM to 7AM: First part of class is cardio with mixed impact aerobics (Hi-Lo) and occasional dance moves added. Monday classes end with a light stretch or the participant may stay longer for a short Pilates session until 7AM.

Wednesday: 5:45AM to 6:45AM: STEP and strength.
Class will include some resistance exercise with or without props (hand weights, stability ball, body bar, resistance tubing, etc.)

Friday: 5:45-6:45AM: All cardio - half STEP and half Hi-Lo aerobics

Tues/Thurs 5:30pm Extreme Training: This class is held in the gym and has a Boot Camp- philosophy. Running, plyo moves, strength and interval training. This class is geared to the already conditioned person. It is not a beginner class.

Friday 10am / Sat 10am Zumba: Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin Rhythms and easy to follow choreographed moves to create a one of a kind class. Routines feature interval training with fast and slow dance movements Great music and so much fun. It's a party! Zumba that is geared towards the beginner and active senior population. It is basic Zumbas moves at a slower pace. And it is still a party!

Mon/Wed 6pm Kickboxing: If you want an all body workout come and experience the 45-minute Kick boxing class. This class is full of uppercuts, jabs, kicks and punches plus we always add a few "surprise' movements. Come and join this butt kicking full body workout. Kick and punch your way to your goal!
