Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to the start of class.  Required items for class include: a yoga mat, water, and towel.  Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to sweat!

This type of yoga utilizes postures and breathing techniques. Vinyasa Yoga is often faster paced and the postures are linked together in a series of movements that are synchronized with the breath. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility and reduce levels of stress
