10am Water Class w/ Deb

This is fun fast paced water class that is both cardio and strength-based. We use water bells and noodles for added resistance. This is  great work-out for someone just getting used to exercise or a seasoned fitness individual who is looking to change-up their work-out. The class can be adapted to each individuals needs. We also add in water walking, strength on the wall and balance exercises.
