Come join in the fun in the pool with our Water Aerobics classes!  Burn fat while having fun in a class that promotes muscle flexibility and joint mobility.  These classes offer total body workouts without the stress of a land based routine.  Water bells and noodles may be used.  Excellent for beginner’s and rehabilitation type situations.
