6:30pm Abs w/ Bianca

Half an hour class devoted to the abdominal area (front and back).  The core is stressed by doing a variety of exercises using your own body weight and also using hand weights, light body bars and a stability ball.  Classes welcome all levels!  This is a fantastic way to train abs.  There is music and lots of motivational strong core muscles mean a strong back!  We recommend you bring a towel and water.
