7am Cardio Change-up w/ Laurie

We always include cardio exercise but we vary the format on different days:

 Monday: mixed impact aerobics (Hi-Lo) and occasional dance moves added.  We may

also include floor exercises and/or Pilates. 

Wednesday:  STEP aerobics and may include some resistance exercise with or without props (hand weights, stability ball, body bar, resistance tubing, etc.)

 Friday: All cardio – half STEP and half Hi-Lo aerobics
