Group Exercise
Group exercise is a great and fun way to achieve your fitness goals. If you enjoy the energy of group classes, you'll relish our selection of classes taught by skilled professional instructors.

Motivating music and comaraderie help tp create a dynamic workout environment. Classes include Yoga, Pilates, step strength, circuit training, senior fitness, stability ball, lethal legs, ab express, step/hi -low body, bar/cardio, basic step, kickboxing, and spin classes.
