If you would like a little brushing up on basic nutrition guidelines, come join me 10:00AM Friday, January 11 for MyPyramid and Label Reading. The class will be about 45 minutes and is free for Cross Court members. Please sign up at the front desk after January 1 so that I can bring enough handouts for everyone. The sign up sheet also helps to notify people if there are last minute changes.
Throughout the year, if you are interested in individual nutrition counseling, pick up a Nutrition Profile Sheet from the front desk or you can download one here. . I will contact you to set up an appointment after the form is completed. This service is also free to members but I need some info before we meet so that I have an idea of the kind of info YOU need.
