Class Schedule Changes
Due to the huge schedule of exercise classes, we may at times have changes or class cancellations. The Cross Court Staff will always post any changes that are made in the class schedule. You can usually find the posting at the Front Desk and outside the Aerobics/Spin Studio Rooms. We apprecaite your understanding when the changes are made.

Free Weight Room Etiquette
Please rack your weights and unload any plates on machines or bars. At then end of your workout please put plates back in the correct areas of the weight room. Please be respectful and professional about weight room use.

Kids Klub


Hours

Saturday: 8am to 12pm

Mon-Friday: 8am to 12pm

Mon - Thurs: 3:30pm to 8:30pm
Fri: 3:30pm to 8pm


Kids Klub Movie Night This is a drop and leave night for you parents. Sign your children in at 6pm and then leave for a couple of hours, just be back at 8pm, promptly to pick up your children…pretty cool huh!
Movie to be played will be posted in the lobby the Monday before the movie night

Attention Parents
In order for children 16 and under to use the club during weekends and holidays, they must be accompanied by an adult 18 years and older.

Adult Pool time:
Adult pool time is set aside for lap swimmers and water walkers 18 years and older

Babysitting and Kids Klub:
Just a reminder to our Parents and Guardians, you can not leave the facility while your children are in the club, be it in a Junior Clinic, Kids Klub or Babysitting.
14 years and older: If you are 14 years old and older you may take classes! Just remember that you must follow the direction of the Instructor or you will be asked to leave.

Children under the age of 14 must be either in Babysitting (0-5 years old) or in Kids Klub (6-13 years old) or in a supervised program (Racquetball/Squash or Walleyball).

Racquetball and Squash Lessons for Adults Would you like to learn how to play Racquetball or Squash? Please leave your name and phone number at the Front Desk. We will have the appropriate instructor give you a call.

Squash

Squash, What is Squash?
Squash is a racquet sport, similiar to racquetball, but with the following differences. The game is played in a coverted racquetball court. The court is lined out with red boundaries on the walls and floor, thus making the court approximately 1/3 less playing area than a racquetball court. The required equipment is your standard racquet atire; tennis shoes, shorts, socks, and tee shirt, plus eye guards and a squash racquet and ball, (quite affordable).

The question is, are you daring or willing to try playing possibly one of the best challenging exercises you will ever experience? If your answer is "Yes," then get in contact with me, Henry B. Murrieta, Squash Coordinator. Hope to here from you!

Group Exercise

Group exercise is a great and fun way to achieve your fitness goals. If you enjoy the energy of group classes, you'll relish our selection of classes taught by skilled professional instructors.

Spin Class

Spin Classes are a non-impact indoor stationary cycling workout program that thoroughly works your lower body and cardiovascular system.

Each individual member (rider) works out at their own pace while taking part in a group class. As the rider, you can adjust the intensity of your workout by adjusting the resistance control located on each cycle. Each rider, with the help of one of our cycling instructors choose their own regimen to accomplish personal goals such as losing weight, getting in shape for outdoor cycling, jogging or road racing.

Our cycling program is a virtual road race that combines the physical challenge of a cycle race with the mental imagery of cross country mountain biking. The instructor will lead each class through a virtual trip or journey. It's fun, challenging and and addictive workout that burns 600 to 900 calories per half hour class.

Water Exercises

Splash into shape while staying cool and relaxed. This class utilizes water as the resistance in exercises designed to work both your muscles and your cardiovascular system. It is an ideal class for people of all fitness levels, and non-swimmers are welcome, too!

Important Information for all pool users!

Pool Rules

Please take a few minutes and go over the following pool rules with your family. We want all of our members to enjoy their pool time.
Pool Supervisor: Cathy
Pool rules will be strictly enforced

  • No running
  • No diving
  • No cussing (remember this is a family facility)
  • No balls of any sort
  • No glass
  • No smoking
  • No oils (tan lotion only)
  • No rough housing
  • No public displays of affection
  • No large flotation devices (air mats)
  • No jean shorts or cut off's
  • Children 13 and under must be supervised by an adult 18 and over
  • Children under 4 must wear a washable re-usable swim diaper OVER a Huggie swim diaper

** Please shower before entering either the pool or spa's
