Spin ClassesSpin Classes are a non-impact indoor stationary cycling workout program that thoroughly works your lower body and cardiovascular system.
Each individual member (rider) works out at their own pace while taking part in a group class. As the rider, you can adjust the intensity of your workout by adjusting the resistance control located on each cycle. Each rider, with the help of one of our cycling instructors choose their own regimen to accomplish personal goals such as losing weight, getting in shape for outdoor cycling, jogging or road racing.
Our cycling program is a virtual road race that combines the physical challenge of a cycle race with the mental imagery of cross country mountain biking. The instructor will lead each class through a virtual trip or journey. It's fun, challenging and and addictive workout that burns 600 to 900 calories per half hour class.
