Aerobics Room View
The Aerobics room is where the majority of Cross Court's exercise classes are held throughout the week. Classes include Step, Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, Circuit Training, Senior Fitness class, Body Bar, Abs, Legs only and Stability Ball. Other classes that are offered are various Water Aerobics classes and Extreme Training classes. Schedules can be picked up at the front desk.
