In Cardio Room 2 the club features a variety of Star Trec Tredmills, Stairmaster Climbers and Reebok Eliptical Trainers. Also offered are the ever popular Cycling classes featuring Reebok Cycles. There are classes in the mornings and evenings offered throughout the week. A schedule can be picked up at the front desk. Other cardio equipment that you can find in the club include top of the line Lifefitness Tredmills, Eliptical Trainers, recumbent and upright bikes. Cross Court also has a variety of other types of bikes, stairmasters, treadmills and the Concept 2 Rowing Machine. There is a great selection of cardio equipment in any one of the three cardio rooms we have.
